To continue our exploration we’ll head towards Bhaktapur after enjoying breakfast. Bhaktapur is a town renowned for its preserved squares and traditional craftsmanship. This city seems frozen in time. Invites you to wander through its enchanting streets and alleys. In the afternoon we’ll visit Changunarayan, a temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Here you can admire centuries of sculptures and carvings that reflect artistry.
Pokhara Sightseeing and Sarangkot Retreat
Take a flight, to Pokhara, a city nestled amidst the Annapurna mountains and blessed with the serenity of Phewa Lake. The flight itself provides a mesmerizing glimpse of the landscapes that await your exploration.
Once in Pokhara, the enchantment continues as you visit David Falls, which was named after a tourist who tragically met his fate there. Delve into the depths of Gupteshor Cave. Ascend to the Peace Pagoda, where tranquility intertwines with panoramic views of both the city and the Annapurna range. Concluding your day of wonders is a serene boat ride on Phewa Lake against the backdrop of towering peaks.
As the sun gracefully sets below the horizon we embark on a drive to Sarangkot renowned for its captivating sunrise and sunset vistas. The night is spent in anticipation of witnessing the dawn, over these giants.
Sunrise in Sarangkot and Kathmandu return
Experience the enchantment of witnessing the sunrise, over the majestic Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges by waking up before dawn. The sky’s changing hues and the awakening peaks come together in a captivating display creating a symphony that will remain etched in your memory.
Make sure to visit Bindabasini Temple, a sanctuary devoted to Goddess Bhagwati. Located atop a hill this temple offers not solace but also breathtaking panoramic views of the Pokhara Valley.
