Bold Himalaya Treks and Travels is Nepal's responsible, trustworthy tour operator company under the register of the Nepal government. As we are delivering our best service to guests. All the terms and conditions govern the relationship between Bold Himalaya and you (Our Guest)
We request you to read and understand clearly
all the terms and conditions before booking your trip with us. These terms and conditions effectively apply from the date of the trip package booked with Bold Himalaya.
General Trip Booking Procedure
While booking trip details we need your identity, a copy of your passport, and a 20% deposit of the total cost of the trip is mandatory.
The 20 % deposit amount is non-refundable in any situation even if you cancel the trip for the date you booked however, it will stay safe with us as a lifetime deposit. Either you can postpone the trip to any other coming date or recommend anyone through you.

The outstanding amount can be paid 2 working days before setting out on the trip.
Booking Confirmation
Booking acceptance is definite when we send you a confirmation email or trip details and invoice.
Last minutes booking
We only accept last minutes bookings
Before 24 working hours for the Nepal trip. We accept bookings at least 15 days earlier

The mountain area delayed the flight
The mountain area weather may change time, due to bad weather or air traffic problems flights might be delayed in Kathmandu for Lukla, Pokhara for Jomsom, etc. in this situation you should have at least an extra day of leisure is better for you.
Extra Money for The Trip - You can bring extra money for your expenses, especially for trekking areas and any other trip duration.

Currency and Exchange Rate
We accept all kinds of major currencies and cards however the exchange rate depends on the Central Bank of Nepal. If you Paying through cards in Nepal, a 4 % extra is imposed upon credit card processors which is a bank charge.
Health and physical fitness
For all outdoor activities, you must prepare physically and mentally. mainly for the high altitude must be patient to complete a bold journey.
Group Join
If you are interested in a group to join the trip, you have to join on a given departure date, in this case, will add you to a group.
Extra night in Kathmandu
If you stay an extra day out of the trip package in Kathmandu you have to pay an extra cost for the hotel and trip.
Cancellation and refund
Early Termination of Trip
Terminated from you
If you terminated the trip by the client himself/ herself no cost is a refund while you are on a trip.
Terminated by Company If (ANY Case )
If in case the trip is terminated our staff will refund your cost deducting it from the trip expenses.
Terminated Beyond our control
While you are on a trip if in case any things occur out of our control like violence, strikes, natural disasters, landslide, earthquakes so on in the situation no cost is refunded.
Trip Terminated Earlier
If travelers return earlier than the specified time once they have reached their destination during the journey, please note that the money paid will not be subject to a refund, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory while traveling to the Himalayas (Especially for Trekking & Expedition) It should cover, medical expenses, emergency evacuation
Booking through the third party
While booking through the third party you have to follow their terms and condition too
