Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a trip with us. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
This deposit confirms your commitment to the tour and allows us to make necessary arrangements on your behalf.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the tour start date.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card, or other specified online platforms.
Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date are eligible for a refund, minus the initial deposit.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date, no refund will be provided.
However, bookings may be transferred to another individual or postponed to a future date, subject to availability.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies, refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Travel Insurance
It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, emergency evacuations, accidents, and personal belongings.
The participant is responsible for ensuring their policy is adequate for the activities involved in their chosen itinerary.
Bold Himalaya is not liable for any expenses not covered by the traveler’s insurance.
Liability and Responsibility
Bold Himalaya takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and enjoyment of your trip.
However, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by unforeseen events, including natural disasters, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Itineraries, services, and accommodations may be modified if necessary to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients.
Health and Safety Requirements
Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.
This information is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of all travelers.
Bold Himalaya may require a medical certificate for participants over the age of 65 or for those with known medical conditions.
The company reserves the right to decline participation for health and safety reasons if deemed necessary.

While traveling with Bold Himalaya, guests are expected to respect local customs, dress codes, and cultural sensitivities.
